I bought this pad for use with my KD120 kick drum, so you will need to make a minor adjustment to get it to seat correctly. The thickness is identical to the correct part, but it is about 3/4 of an inch too wide on each side at the bottom. Trim off a small wedge at a 45 degree angle on each side and you will have a perfect fit! When you install it, place it with the semicircular cutout at the top to fit around the cone assembly.
